1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. You can return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, Kleert covers the return shipping.
5. How do I start a return?

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds are credited back to your original payment method.
